Perran Moon, Managing Director
As Managing Director, Perran has responsibility for the day-to-day leadership of the AutoSwot team, including sales, marketing, finance, recruitment and operations.
His 26 year career in the automotive industry began with a work-placement at a subsidiary of Renault in Paris, kindly organised by his French brother-in-law, Jean-Marc!
Since his Renault days, his career has taken him through stints at some of the largest and most respected names in the industry including: Cox Automotive; Nissan; Autotrader; Click Dealer; Click Mechanic; RMS, Virgin Cars and WeWantAnyCar.com.
Outside work, Perran likes to play cricket with his 2 sons, visits his daughter at Manchester Uni, support a number on environmental campaigns and walk along the beaches of his native Cornwall!

Rob Barr, Non-Executive Director
Rob provides strategic support to AutoSwot and has played an instrumental role in its concept and its establishment.
With over 40 years engaged in the ‘thick’ of the automotive industry, his experience in sales, marketing and strategic planning, at a senior management level, has given him a real insight into this market. After 8 years in motor retail, he joined British Car Auctions in 1984 and has since then held senior management and board positions at Inchcape Business Services and Manheim Europe.
Rob has also established a successful automotive training and consultancy business. Finally taking early retirement in 2016, he still finds time to focus on AutoSwot as well as developing a highly successful family property venture.
Outside of work, he’s a keen exponent of Pilates and Yoga, loves mountain biking and happiest when in earshot of the sea, whatever the weather!

Bessy Brasha, Sales Administrator
Following stints in travel, market research and leisure, Bessy joined the AutoSwot team to head up Sales and Marketing support. She plays a vital role in ensuring that customers are able to get the very most from the knowledge platform, and is always at the end of the line if support is needed!
She left Oxford Brookes University with a BA in Anthropology and International Relations.
Outside work, Bessy enjoys to travel, cook and dance... and look after her cat, Bella.

Nick Lamb, Web Designer
As Web Designer, Nick has responsibility for the smooth running of the AutoSwot website, adding new courses, pages and features, while implementing the AutoSwot visual identity.
His 20 year career in the design industry began at Austin Rover in Coventry, followed by stints as a yacht designer in Austria and the UK, then as a graphic designer in Chichester and North Carolina. Returning to the UK he joined the marketing department at Manheim Auctions, developing online and print campaigns.
Nick is married, with 2 teenage sons. Outside work, Nick likes to explore new places, take photographs and try new foods. He also cycles and plays football with other slow old dads...

William Marler, Head of Animation
As Head of Animation, William is responsible for all the visual content of the modules – from concept, to design, to animation.
He is an award-winning animator & designer who has worked with the BBC, BRIT Awards, LEGO, and SEA LIFE among others, as well as continuing to develop his own short films and personal projects.
He produces and hosts a podcast, Straight from the Lungs, which aims to share real stories from real people affected by Cystic Fibrosis.

Jonathan Sivyer, Head of Digital
Digital user experience (UX) and design projects director with 20 years in senior design and roles within creative and marketing agency teams in London, Birmingham and Oxford.
Extensive experience in the planning and delivery of complex online solutions, large scale responsive web projects and a range of digital platforms.
Jonathan has experience working with the implementation of significant brands online including Porsche GB, Seat, VW, AutoTrader, Renault / Nissan (RCI Financial Services), McLaren, Nikon, JCB, RBS Natwest, Alstom, Siemens, the NHS, Cisco Systems and RCI Bank.

Fiona Spencer, Account Director
Fiona has worked in the marketing industry for over 20 years, most recently running the membership and marketing activities of the Association of Car Fleet Operators developing a thorough understanding of the car fleet industry.
Outside of work Fiona has a passion for motorsport, developed from an early age accompanying her father on photographic assignments at racing circuits and rally stages across the country.
